MOBI INDIVIDUAL TEAK is an original realization - individual and distinctive. It is a project on a 7.8-meter-long MH trailers. The space here was used to the maximum thanks to the cubic form. On one side there is a bathroom, a kitchen and a mezzanine and on the other side there is a living room area, an enclosed room and a special place - a balcony! A sliding door with a decorative millwork leads to the bathroom, and there are a shower cubicle, a regular built-in toilet, a sink with a cabinet, a boiler hidden in a closet and a mirrored cabinet. The furniture is wood and green, the fixtures are black, and the floor has a black and white pattern. The kitchen is also wood and green, but broken with white - the cabinets under the stairs are white and functional. There are a lot of household appliances: induction cooker, oven, hood, drawer dishwasher and refrigerator. You can also put in a washer-dryer, as a connection has been prepared. A classic staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a bedroom with a mattress frame, carpeting and a slatted balustrade. Downstairs there is also an enclosed room with a double bed and a living room area with a sofa bed with drawers and storage in canary yellow, an oval coffee table and a coat rack and shoe cabinet. The second mezzanine, which is accessed by an openwork staircase, is a balcony separated from the entire cottage by a large window. It is a beautiful place to relax. The heating used here is heating mats, a radiator and an air conditioner with a heating function. A recuperator is also a practical piece of equipment. The PVC windows are black and open inward or outward and are equipped with pleats and mosquito nets. The facade is a combination of vertically stacked planks in natural color and sheet metal in bottle green.
