MOBI INDIVIDUAL (ARABICA)

This project is a custom-designed, functional tiny house created for comfortable year-round living. Within its 18.21 m² of living space, it offers a comfortable layout for up to four people, featuring a ground-floor bed and an additional sleeping loft. This arrangement is ideal for both everyday living and short-term rental purposes.
The house is built on a 6.6 m galvanized, dual-axle MH trailers chassis equipped with the LIFT&GO system.
The interior has been divided into practical living zones. The kitchen features white cabinetry, a composite countertop, a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap, a range hood, a freestanding refrigerator, and a countertop induction cooktop. A dishwasher connection has also been prepared, allowing for even greater everyday convenience.
The bathroom includes a shower cabin, a freestanding toilet, a vanity unit with a washbasin, bathroom fittings, an LED-lit mirror, an exhaust fan, and an electric water heater. Practical accessories such as towel hooks and a toilet paper holder complete the space.
The tiny house is equipped with electric underfloor heating and an air conditioning unit with a heating function. Residents also have access to a fold-down wall-mounted table and two folding chairs.
MOBI INDIVIDUAL combines a practical layout, comprehensive equipment, and solutions tailored to the needs of both private owners and rental investors.

Important: there is also an option to purchase the house on the LIFT&GO frame only, without the running gear and detachable supports – making the price even lower.
