The model inspired by MOBI MODUL SUNRISE in the PRESTIGE version has been designed with everyday comfort and attention to detail in mind.
A large glazed gable wall perfectly illuminates the interior, visually enlarges the space, and opens it up to the surroundings. The carefully selected color palette and varied material textures give the interior a cozy, harmonious, and modern character.
The kitchen has been equipped with durable composite countertops and modern solutions such as an integrated sink and a flush-mounted induction cooktop. This makes the space highly aesthetic while also easy to keep clean. The equipment also includes a range hood, a drawer dishwasher, and a built-in electric refrigerator. The interior is complemented by custom-designed MOBI HOUSE furniture in a fashionable marsala shade, emphasizing the cohesive and contemporary character of the space.
The living area has been arranged with everyday comfort in mind. It features a sofa, a coffee table, a shelf, and a television. An additional distinctive element of this space is the eucalyptus-colored wall panels in a subtle shade of green. They bring a sense of calm, freshness, and closeness to nature into the interior.
A cozy sleeping area has been planned on the loft, equipped with a mattress, bedside cabinets, shelves, and a gable window that provides natural light and further enhances the spacious feel of this part of the house.
The bathroom has been finished using custom panels that give it an elegant and modern appearance. Black matte furniture and a backlit mirror create a stylish and functional space. The equipment includes a shower, washbasin faucet, shower mixer, toilet, vanity cabinet, storage cabinets, and an exhaust fan.
Modern track lighting with decorative pendant lights has been installed throughout the interior, along with reading sconces in the sleeping area and wall lamps that create a cozy atmosphere and enhance user comfort.
The house is equipped with electric underfloor heating and an air conditioner with a heating function, ensuring year-round comfort and making it an excellent all-season mobile home.
The exterior façade combines modern design with durable materials. It is made of sheet metal in a matte brick color, paired with black window frames and gable walls finished with vinylit cladding. This combination gives the building a distinctive and elegant character.
