MOBI INDIVIDUAL (WOOD PRESTIGE)

An individual realization of the MOBI WOOD model in the PRESTIGE version was designed with everyday comfort and refined aesthetics in mind. Every detail of the interior has been carefully considered to create a functional and visually cohesive living space.
At first glance, the interior draws attention with a huge glazed gable wall that fills the space with natural light, visually enlarges the house, and creates an exceptional sense of openness. The large window also allows residents to fully enjoy the surrounding views directly from inside the tiny house.
The central feature of the kitchen area is a practical bar table with stools, perfect for both dining and remote work. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with custom countertops and modern built-in solutions, such as an integrated sink and recessed induction cooktop. This finish gives the interior a more elegant appearance while also making everyday maintenance easier. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a range hood, dishwasher, and freestanding electric refrigerator. The entire space is complemented by custom MOBI HOUSE furniture in a fashionable sage green color, emphasizing the modern and harmonious character of the interior.
The comfortable sleeping area features a 160 × 200 cm bed with a lifting frame, providing additional storage space underneath.
The bathroom stands out thanks to custom FIBO wall panels in a powder pink shade. The space includes a shower with a linear drain and fabric curtain, washbasin and shower faucets, a freestanding toilet, a vanity cabinet, and an exhaust fan. Additional comfort is provided by an electric towel radiator.
The tiny house is equipped with electric underfloor heating and an air conditioning unit with a heating function, making it perfectly suitable for year-round living. A TV is also included to enhance everyday comfort.
The exterior façade is finished with vertically installed PVC cladding, giving the building a modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Inside, smooth plywood wall finishes create a minimalist yet cozy atmosphere.
This tiny house is an excellent solution both as a year-round mobile home and as a premium short-term rental investment.

Important: there is also an option to purchase the house on the LIFT&GO frame only, without the running gear and detachable supports, making the final price even lower.
