The home is built on a solid 10 × 3 m low-speed MH trailers chassis. The exterior combines wood-effect PVC cladding with sheet metal, giving the building a modern appearance. These materials also reduce the need for regular façade maintenance.
The bright, minimalist interior combines white finishes with natural wood. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and enhance the home’s spacious feel.
At the heart of the interior is a kitchen connected to the living area. The bespoke cabinetry is complemented by an oak worktop, a granite sink and a black tap. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and extractor hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
The living area has been designed as a comfortable space for relaxing and everyday activities. A TV connection has been installed here, with another one provided in the bedroom. An additional convenience is the master light switch, which allows all the lights in the home to be switched off with a single button. The home also includes a washing machine concealed within the fitted cabinetry.
One of the most distinctive features of the interior is the set of routed doors in a deep burgundy shade, leading to the bathroom and bedroom. Their bold colour contrasts with the bright interior and gives the space a more individual character. On the hallway side, the bedroom door is also finished with a full-length mirror, which visually enlarges the space while serving a practical purpose.
The private area of the home includes a separate, enclosed bedroom equipped with a bed, cabinets and storage space. Its clear separation from the living area provides greater privacy and everyday comfort.
The bathroom has been designed with convenience in mind. It features a spacious shower, a vanity unit with a washbasin, an LED-lit mirror, a 50-litre water heater and a radiator.
Year-round thermal comfort is provided by underfloor heating based on heating mats with Wi-Fi controllers, as well as air conditioning with a heating function. The outdoor air-conditioning unit is concealed behind an attractive cover that maintains the consistent appearance of the exterior. The home is also pre-fitted for the future installation of a fireplace.
