MOBI KOLOS DESERT is a fully equipped, single-story mobile home that combines modern design with functionality and immediate availability.
The model is built on a solid, non-roadworthy 10x3m frame by MH trailers, which translates into stability and durability of the structure.
The applied external façade made of PVC boards with a wood-like texture not only gives the whole a modern character, but also eliminates the need for future maintenance.
The interior is kept in a bright, minimalist style with a dominance of white and natural wood.
Custom-built furniture has been complemented with a solid oak countertop with a granite sink and a black faucet. The kitchen is fully equipped — it includes an induction hob with a hood, a fridge with a freezer, a oven and a dishwasher.
The house also includes TV connections in the living room and bedroom, as well as space for a washer-dryer.
The private area includes a lockable bedroom, equipped with, among others, a bed and cabinets, as well as full-surface mirrored doors that visually enlarge the space. The bathroom has been designed with comfort in mind — it features a spacious shower, a cabinet with a sink, a mirror with LED lighting, a 50L boiler, and a radiator.
Year-round thermal comfort is ensured by underfloor heating with heating mats and Wi-Fi controllers, air conditioning with a heating function, and a prepared installation for fireplace installation.
