This home is a combination of two MODUL LINE modular homes connected in an L-shape, creating a total living space of almost 30m2. An additional area for living and relaxation can be a terrace, which in this layout adds another 24m2 to the space. The modules are built on MH trailers LIFT&GO frames, each 6.6 meters long. The house is characterized by a simple yet modern design. Large, panoramic windows provide incredible views and allow you to enjoy natural light throughout the day. Each module is equipped with a covered mini-terrace. The facade is made of Scandinavian spruce and black sheet metal. The interior of the house is designed in a minimalist spirit. The first module has four zones: a living area, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a mezzanine. The second module has two rooms that can be arranged according to your needs. We propose a bedroom with a view and an office. The house is suitable for year-round living – a heating mat is used in the bathroom, and the rest of the house has three air conditioners with a heating function. The kitchen has black furniture and basic household appliances – a countertop induction hob, a kitchen hood, and a refrigerator. Sliding doors lead to a minimalist bathroom.
