This project shows how many possibilities a well-designed tiny house can offer. The carefully planned interior layout creates a comfortable space for everyday use, where each area has its own place.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable bed providing easy access to the sleeping area, while additional sleeping space for two people has been arranged in the loft. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, while the functional bathroom provides a level of comfort comparable to a traditional home.
The entire house has been designed for year-round use. By combining compact dimensions, a functional layout, and full equipment, the tiny house can serve both as a private space for living or relaxation and as a rental property.

This project is an individually designed, year-round tiny house in which a functional layout makes maximum use of the available space. With a floor area of 18.21 m2, it provides comfortable accommodation for four people, with a bed on the ground floor and additional sleeping space in the loft. This layout works well both as a private tiny house and as a property intended for short-term rental.
The house is built on a 6.6 m long, galvanized, two-axle MH trailers trailer equipped with the LIFT&GO system.
The interior has been divided into practical zones with everyday comfort in mind. The functional kitchen is equipped with white cabinetry, a composite worktop, a stainless steel sink with a faucet, a cooker hood, a freestanding refrigerator, and a countertop induction hob. A connection for a dishwasher has also been prepared, allowing the equipment to be expanded in the future.
The bathroom includes all the essential elements needed for comfortable use – a shower enclosure, toilet, vanity unit with a washbasin, LED-lit mirror, and practical storage space.
Year-round comfort is provided by electric underfloor heating and an air conditioner with a heating function. Despite the compact interior, there is also space for a folding wall-mounted table and two folding chairs – a practical solution that creates a comfortable dining area without permanently taking up valuable floor space.
MOBI INDIVIDUAL shows how a compact floor area can combine comfortable sleeping spaces, a functional kitchen, a bathroom, and solutions that enhance year-round comfort. This project can meet the needs of both private customers and those looking for a tiny house for rental purposes.
