This house from the INDIVIDUAL LINE series is a modern and functional space designed on a 7.8-meter MH trailers chassis. It stands out with its bright interior, dominated by white and natural wood, creating a cohesive and welcoming living environment.

Inside, a well-thought-out layout has been applied – the living area is arranged both on a mezzanine level and below it, while the sleeping area is located on the loft, accessed by alternating tread stairs. There is also a spacious kitchen and a bathroom. The entire design has been created to maximize the available space and ensure everyday comfort.

This is a custom project where details and daily usability matter – also with pets in mind, as shown by the cat entrance. Thanks to proper insulation and heating, the house performs well in every season.

This is a custom house from the INDIVIDUAL LINE series, built on a 7.8-meter THT trailer by MH trailers. The bright interior, dominated by white and natural wood, creates a cohesive and welcoming living space, while the spruce board façade emphasizes its natural character.

Inside, a well-thought-out layout has been applied – the half-level, accessed by a ladder, serves as an additional living area, while the living room with an L-shaped sofa bed is also located below it. The sleeping area is arranged on the loft, accessed by alternating tread stairs, which take up less space than traditional solutions while remaining comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

The house is equipped with a functional kitchen featuring a composite countertop and a full set of household appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. Solutions enhancing year-round comfort have also been implemented, such as a heating mat, air conditioner, fireplace, and heat recovery unit.

This is a custom project refined in every detail – also with pets in mind, as shown by the cat entrance. The house is suitable for year-round living and designed to ensure comfort regardless of the season.
