Modernity, contrast, and functionality enclosed in a compact 6.6 m form. This model from the INDIVIDUAL LINE series was designed for comfortable living in a small space, combining bold design with practical solutions. Panoramic windows by the large bed beautifully illuminate the interior, creating an exceptionally cozy relaxation area, while the black kitchen built-in paired with plywood walls gives the project a modern, elegant character.
The house features a comfortable main sleeping area, a convenient mezzanine for two people, a functional living zone with a foldable table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfort is further enhanced by a modern bathroom with a backlit mirror, underfloor heating in the form of heating mats, and an air conditioner, making the house suitable for year-round use.
This project shows how many possibilities a well-designed tiny house can offer.
Some images include a visualization of the surroundings – the background has been modified, presenting the house in a natural, forest setting.
This 6.6 m long house was built on an MH trailers frame and belongs to the INDIVIDUAL LINE series. It is a compact yet fully functional project, designed for comfortable, year-round use and maximum space efficiency.
The exterior is finished with metal cladding, giving it a modern, minimalist character. The interior is kept in a bold, contrasting style – dominated by black composite kitchen furniture, which, combined with plywood walls, creates a cohesive and elegant look. Large panoramic windows by the bed not only brighten the space but also create a unique atmosphere in the relaxation area. A practical seating bench has been designed next to the bed, along with a shelf and lighting above it, enhancing the functionality of this part of the house.
The living area is complemented by a foldable table and chairs, allowing for flexible use of the space – both for work and everyday meals. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances: a cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, and sink, ensuring full independence of use.
On the mezzanine, accessible by a ladder, there is a sleeping space for two people. The area is illuminated by a window and secured with a lightweight rope railing, adding character and visual lightness. The double-pitched roof contributes to the optical enlargement of the interior and enhances its sense of spaciousness.
The bathroom has been designed in a modern style – with black built-in furniture, a shower, a toilet, and a backlit mirror. Sliding doors help save space and improve usability. The whole is complemented by solutions ensuring year-round comfort, such as heating mats, an air conditioner, and an additional heater in the bathroom.
This project combines modern design, well-thought-out functionality, and compact dimensions, showing that a tiny house can be a fully comfortable living space – without compromise.
