MOBI INDIVIDUAL (SUNRISE PRESTIGE)

Distinctive colours, carefully selected materials and refined details give this project its unique character. The PRESTIGE version elevates the standard known from the MOBI MODUL SUNRISE, combining a functionally designed interior with elegant, modern design and solutions that ensure comfortable year-round use.

One of the most distinctive features of the tiny house is the large glazing on the gable wall. It provides plenty of natural light, visually enlarges the interior and opens the living area to the surroundings. The carefully selected colour palette and combination of different textures create a cohesive interior with an elegant yet cosy character.

The central part of the interior is occupied by a functional kitchen equipped with durable composite worktops, an inset sink and an inset induction hob. This solution creates an aesthetic, uniform work surface that is also easy to keep clean. The kitchen is complemented by an extractor hood, drawer dishwasher and built-in refrigerator. Custom-designed MOBI HOUSE furniture in a marsala shade provides a strong colour accent and gives the kitchen an individual character.

Right next to the kitchen is a living area with a sofa, coffee table, shelf and TV. Its character is enhanced by wall panels in a eucalyptus shade of green, which contrast with the deep colours of the cabinetry and introduce a subtle reference to nature.

Above the living area is a cosy sleeping loft. It is equipped with a mattress, bedside cabinets and practical shelves. A window in the gable wall provides natural light and further opens this part of the tiny house to the surroundings. Reading wall lights provide additional comfort after dark.

The bathroom has been designed with equal attention to detail. Custom wall panels are combined with matte black furniture and an illuminated mirror, creating an elegant and cohesive interior. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, additional cabinets, washbasin and shower taps, and an extractor fan.

Lighting plays an important role throughout the interior. A track lighting system with decorative pendant lights, wall lights in the sleeping area and additional wall lamps have been used. The individual light sources not only provide appropriate illumination for each zone but also help create a cosy atmosphere after dark.

The tiny house has been designed for year-round use. Electric underfloor heating and an air conditioner with a heating function help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature regardless of the season.

The distinctive character of the project is also visible on the exterior. The façade is finished with matte brick-coloured sheet metal, combined with black window frames and gable walls finished with Vinylit cladding. The contrasting materials and colours emphasise the modern form of the tiny house and reflect the character of its interior.

This year-round tiny house combines a well-planned functional layout with an enhanced standard of finish. It can serve as a comfortable mobile home, a holiday retreat or an attractive premium rental investment.
