An individual implementation of the MOBI WOOD model in the PRESTIGE version is a year-round tiny house where modern design meets functionality and everyday comfort. The bright interior, carefully selected materials, and refined details create a space designed for relaxation throughout the year.
From the very entrance, the huge glazing on the gable wall immediately catches the eye. The large window fills the interior with natural light, visually enlarges the space, and allows you to enjoy the surrounding views directly from the living area, giving the entire house a unique atmosphere.
The central feature of the kitchen is a practical bar table with bar stools, perfect for both everyday meals and remote work. The cabinetry is equipped with custom countertops, a recessed sink, and a recessed induction cooktop, creating an elegant look while making the surfaces easy to keep clean. The kitchen also includes a range hood, dishwasher, and freestanding electric refrigerator. The interior is enhanced by custom MOBI HOUSE furniture in a trendy sage green color.
The relaxation area is furnished with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed featuring a lift-up frame that provides additional storage space.
The bathroom stands out with its custom FIBO panels in a powder pink color. It includes a shower with a linear drain and a fabric shower curtain, a freestanding toilet, a washbasin with a vanity cabinet, and an electric towel radiator that enhances everyday comfort.
Year-round comfort is ensured by electric underfloor heating and an air conditioner with a heating function. The house is also equipped with a TV, making it ready to move into from day one.
The exterior is finished with a modern PVC board façade that requires no maintenance and retains its aesthetic appearance for years. The interior, finished with smooth plywood, emphasizes the minimalist character of the project, while the carefully selected color palette gives it a warm and cozy atmosphere.
