MOBI KOLOS SEA is a spacious, year-round project designed for comfortable everyday living. The model stands out with its generous floor area, functional layout and modern interior, where natural materials are combined with soft, muted colours.
Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the interior and enhance the feeling of space, while carefully selected finishes give the whole home a warm and welcoming character. MOBI KOLOS SEA shows that a generously sized home can combine the comfort of traditional housing with modern design and a thoughtfully planned interior.

A generous sense of space, a functional layout and a calm, natural aesthetic are what make this project stand out. The house measures 10 × 3 m and offers nearly 35 m² of floor space, making it possible to create a comfortable interior with clearly defined zones for everyday living and relaxation.
One of the most distinctive features of this project is its bright, natural interior. Smooth plywood-finished walls create a warm backdrop for custom-made furniture in a subtle combination of sage green and beige. Large windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light and make the space feel even more open.
The kitchen was designed with comfortable everyday use in mind. It features custom-made furniture and a full range of appliances, including a built-in induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, integrated refrigerator and dishwasher. Directly next to the kitchen is the living area, with space for a comfortable sofa, table and chairs.
On the opposite side of the house, there is a separate bedroom. It features a bed with a metal lift-up frame, creating additional storage space underneath the mattress. Another sleeping area is located on the loft, which is accessed via folding stairs.
The bathroom also has a distinctive character. Instead of a shower enclosure, it features a bathtub with a glass screen, while the herringbone-pattern wall panels add a decorative touch. The bathroom is also equipped with a washbasin with storage, a toilet and a washer-dryer. Green grooved bathroom doors provide an additional colour accent that ties in with the rest of the interior.
MOBI KOLOS SEA has been designed for year-round use. Heating mats provide thermal comfort, while the fireplace serves as an additional heat source and creates a cosy atmosphere. A heat recovery ventilation unit has also been installed to support air exchange.
On the outside, the house stands out with a façade combining Scandinavian spruce and sheet metal, highlighting its simple, modern form. The result is a cohesive project in which generous space, a functional layout and natural materials provide a high level of everyday comfort.
