A well-designed space does not need a large floor area to provide everyday comfort. In this project, the priority was to create an interior that remains compact while offering freedom of use and full functionality.
The living area with a sofa is located on the ground floor, while the loft provides additional sleeping space for two people. The kitchen has been equipped for the comfortable preparation of everyday meals, and the bathroom offers all the essential amenities needed for longer stays.
Thanks to its well-planned interior layout and equipment, the tiny house can be used all year round. It is suitable both as a private place for relaxation or everyday living and as a rental property.
Some images include a visualization of the surroundings – the background has been modified, presenting the house in a natural, forest setting.
This project was created for people who want to make the most of a small space without giving up everyday comfort. Within 18.21 m2, it combines a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and sleeping space for four people.
There is a sofa on the ground floor, while an additional sleeping area has been arranged in the loft. This solution keeps the interior open and comfortable during the day while allowing it to comfortably accommodate more people. This layout works well both for private getaways and short-term rentals.
The house is built on a 6.6 m long, galvanised, twin-axle MH trailers trailer equipped with the LIFT&GO system.
The interior’s character is defined by black kitchen cabinetry paired with a composite worktop and a stainless-steel sink. The kitchen is also equipped with an extractor hood, a freestanding refrigerator and a countertop induction hob. A dishwasher connection has been prepared, allowing another appliance to be added in the future.
The bathroom was designed to provide everything needed for everyday use despite its compact dimensions. It includes a shower enclosure, toilet, vanity unit with a washbasin, mirror with LED lighting and additional storage space.
Electric underfloor heating and an air conditioner with a heating function ensure comfort throughout the year. The living area also includes space for a table and two folding chairs, which can be used for dining, working or relaxing.
Together, these features create a compact yet fully functional space designed for year-round use.
