This project is a refreshed version of the MOBI WOOD model—a single-storey tiny house designed for two people. The redesigned interior layout, new bed position and breakfast bar give the space a fresh character and make it even better suited to everyday living.
The interior is divided into functional sleeping and relaxation, kitchen and bathroom areas, with no loft, stairs or ladder. A distinctive feature is the large window in the gable wall, which enhances the modern character of the design.
MOBI WOOD is a compact, single-storey tiny house in which a simple layout combines comfort, functionality and refined design.
In this version, MOBI WOOD features a new layout and a more individual character. The single-storey interior was designed for two people, with a focus on everyday comfort, a functional division of space and carefully considered details.
One of the interior’s most distinctive features is the large triple-glazed window in the gable wall. It features privacy glass on the outside, providing greater privacy. The glazing brings in plenty of natural light, visually opens up the interior and allows you to enjoy the view directly from the living area.
At the heart of the tiny house is a breakfast bar with stools, which can be used both for dining and as a comfortable workspace. Next to it is a functional kitchen featuring a composite worktop and bespoke black cabinetry by MOBI HOUSE. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a countertop induction hob, an extractor hood and a freestanding refrigerator. A connection for a dishwasher has also been prepared.
The sleeping area features a 160 × 200 cm bed. Its lift-up frame allows the space underneath to be used for additional storage—a particularly practical solution in a compact interior.
The bathroom includes a shower enclosure, a washbasin with a vanity unit, a freestanding toilet, and washbasin and shower fittings.
Electric underfloor heating has been installed throughout the tiny house. It is complemented by an air-conditioning unit with a heating function, whose outdoor unit is discreetly concealed in a specially designed cover. Carefully positioned lighting completes the interior and highlights the character of each individual area.
MOBI WOOD was built on a 6-metre LIFT&GO trailer. The exterior is finished with beige VINYLIT cladding, giving the tiny house a modern, natural appearance. Inside, natural-toned wood complements the bespoke cabinetry and emphasises the minimalist character of the design.
The single-storey layout, with no loft, stairs or ladder, ensures that the entire space remains easily accessible and comfortable for everyday use. This compact tiny house can serve as a place to relax, a mobile home for two people or a short-term rental property.
