DETAILS

The realization was built on a 7.2-meter-long MH Trailers trailer. The chassis is fully approved as a caravan. Registering the tiny house as a caravan gives you the opportunity to have AC/OC insurance for the house as well, not just the trailer itself, and insurance during travel as well as use. This design features a lockable room that becomes an extension of the living and dining area when the sliding double doors are opened. There is a sofa bed and a TV set. There is also a standard kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is white furniture combined with a dark composite countertop and appliances: induction hob, electric oven with microwave function, cooker hood, electric refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom is bright and practical - it consists of a shower cubicle, a regular toilet and cabinets. There are two mezzanine floors in this project, reached by a classic staircase with many cabinets and shelves. The floor above the enclosed room has been lowered to create a small living room with a sofa. The second mezzanine serves as a bedroom. An interesting solution is the countertop between the stairs and the last steps of these stairs. The top can be used as a desk or table, and additionally hides a pull-out table. On the other hand, the last steps of the stairs are retractable, so they do not take up space, but when there is a need to go up they are easily pulled out. They also act as poufs for the pull-out table. This Mobi is year-round - it is heated by electric radiators, an underfloor heating system that has a digital thermostat, and an air conditioner. The space here has been utilized to the maximum. The interior is bright, but with character. The facade has a natural wood color. This house is a project that is very functional and is ideal for private use and for rent!
