DETAILS

This is an original project! The house was built on a 7.8-meter-long MH trailer. The space here has been used to the maximum thanks to its cubic form. On one side there is a bathroom, kitchen and mezzanine, and on the other a living room, a lockable room and a unique place - a balcony! The bathroom is accessed through a sliding door with a decorative milling, and there are: a shower cabin, a regular built-in toilet, a washbasin with a cabinet, a boiler hidden in a wardrobe and a mirrored cabinet. The furniture is wooden and green, the fittings are black, and the floor has a black and white pattern. The kitchen is also wood and green, but broken with white - the cabinets under the stairs are white and functional. There are a lot of household appliances here: an induction cooker, oven, hood, drawer dishwasher and fridge. You can also put in a washer-dryer, because the connection has been prepared. Classic stairs lead to the mezzanine, where there is a bedroom, and in it a frame with a mattress, carpet and a balustrade of slats. Downstairs there is also a lockable room with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed with drawers and storage in canary yellow, an oval coffee table and a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. The second mezzanine, which is entered via openwork stairs, is a balcony separated from the rest of the house by a large window. It is a beautiful place to relax. The heating used here consists of heating mats, a radiator and an air conditioner with a heating function. Another practical equipment is a recuperator. The PVC windows are black and open inwards or outwards and are equipped with pleats and mosquito nets. The elevation is a combination of vertically arranged boards in natural colour and sheet metal in bottle green. This mobi is a dream micro-house - functionality, aesthetics and this fabulous balcony...
