MOBI INDIVIDUAL (CHIA)
This is a beautiful project made to order by the client. A terrace on part of the roof was included, which of course serves as a place to relax. This project was made on an MH trailers chassis with a length of 8.4 meters. The elevation is a combination of wood and sheet metal. The interior of the house is dominated by white and dark wood, broken by color accents. This mobi has a lot of glazing, thanks to which the rooms are full of light. Furniture from Mobi House was used here. In a small space, a mezzanine with a bedroom and a desk, a living area on the mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom and a place for dogs were designed. This is a unique tiny house!

This house was built on an MH trailers brand trailer with a length of 8.4 meters. What distinguishes it from other projects is the terrace on the roof, which offers fantastic views and a place to relax. You can get to it thanks to folding stairs. This tiny house is year-round - an underfloor heating system and an air conditioner with a heating function were used. In this project there is one mezzanine, which is accessed by duck stairs. This place is arranged very interestingly. There is a bedroom with a mattress and a roof window, which is separated from the rest of the house by a wall of movable slats. There are many shelves and cabinets for storage. There is also an office space where you can work freely. The living room is located on the mezzanine - there is a fireplace dedicated to tiny houses, a coffee table and comfortable seats. The kitchen has white furniture and useful appliances: a gas hob, a cooker hood, a gas oven, an electric refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bathroom is accessed through sliding doors, which are partially covered with a mirror. It is a very stylish place - white tiles on the wall, dark furniture, a shower with a black and gold rain shower and a beautiful bowl. Under the living room there is an unusual place, namely a place for dogs with an exit for a chip. The interior of this amazing house is a combination of white and dark wood, which gives it an industrial style. Wood and sheet metal were used for the facade. This mobi is an individual vision of the client, but definitely in our climate. We love to implement such projects!
