DETAILS

This tiny house is an individual project inspired by the MODUL LINE series, created for people looking for a modern modular home or a functional house on wheels. It consists of two modules connected in an L-shape, which together create around 30 m2 of comfortable space. Each module was built on a 6.6-meter MH trailers chassis, ensuring full mobility and flexibility.

The body of the house features a simple, modern design. Large panoramic windows keep the interior bright throughout the day, while the façade made of vertical boards and black metal cladding emphasizes the minimalist character typical of contemporary tiny house designs.

The first module offers a mezzanine and an open space that can be adapted to your needs. In this project, you’ll find a living room and dining area, but the prepared connections also allow for creating a kitchen. It’s a perfect example of the flexibility offered by modular homes on trailers.

The second module includes a bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom, and hallway. The bedroom is positioned next to a large window, and above the bed there is built-in cabinetry with LED lighting. From the hallway, sliding doors lead to a spacious wardrobe and to a minimalist bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, cabinets, and a toilet.

The house is suitable for year-round living — heating mats and air conditioners with a heating function have been installed.
It’s yet another proof that our standard models serve only as a starting point for individual tiny house projects.
