All of this comes without changing the floor area or the room layout. Panoramic windows brighten the interior, breaking up the darker elements and highlighting the minimalist form. In the small space, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and mezzanine have all been fitted — designed to maintain full functionality. The kitchen is equipped with black built-in furniture and basic appliances, while the bathroom offers comfortable, practical solutions. The house is suitable for year-round use thanks to heating mats and an air conditioner with a heating function. This model is an example of how a change of colors alone can give the house a completely new character — from cozy to loft-like.

The minimalist space is divided into four functional zones: the living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and mezzanine. The kitchen features black built-in furniture and basic appliances (induction hob, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher). The bathroom with sliding doors includes a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinets, and a toilet, maintaining a coherent, modern look. Panoramic windows bring in plenty of light, balancing the darker accents and adding depth to the interior. The house is suitable for year-round use thanks to heating mats and an air conditioner with a heating function. The structure is set on an THM 660 LIFT&GO trailer by MH trailers, which can be detached from the house.
