DETAILS

This project was made on an MH trailers brand trailer with a length of 8.4 meters. What distinguishes it from other projects is the terrace on the roof, which creates an atmosphere for rest, relaxation and offers fantastic views. We can get to it thanks to folding stairs. This is a year-round house, in which an underfloor heating system with a radiator heating system was used. A black air conditioner, a wall recuperator and a TV were installed here. There is also a USB port for charging a mobile phone. The facade is worth attention - wooden, gray boards arranged vertically and sheet metal in a bottle shade of green is an amazing combination that matches the black window joinery used here. Additionally, a herringbone pattern made of boards in different colors was used on the front. The interiors are dominated by a combination of white and wood with green and black finishing elements, e.g. round retro-style sockets. Wooden boards were installed on the ceiling, and vinyl and laminated panels were laid on the floor. There are two mezzanines, which we can get to by classic wooden stairs. The space underneath has been developed, as cabinets have been built into them. A thickly braided rope serves as a barrier, and LED lighting has been additionally installed in the handrails. There is a double mattress on one of the mezzanines, which allows you to relax in very comfortable conditions. The second floor is lockable. There is room for two single mattresses, as well as a bedside table and a row of wardrobes and shelves up to the ceiling, which separate the room from the rest of the house. In this project, thanks to the panoramic windows, you can enjoy the view outside. The corner sofa in the living room, which is also foldable and has an intense emerald color, will certainly help with this. The PVC windows open inwards. They have been fitted with black pleats and framed and rolled mosquito nets. A practical solution was to design a table that slides out from under the stairs, which can also be used as a desk and be unfolded only when necessary. The kitchen combines black and white cabinets and has useful appliances: an induction hob, a cooker hood, an electric oven with a microwave, an electric fridge, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The wooden countertop and a wooden shelf with LED lighting stand out here. The bathroom is accessed through internal sliding doors, which are painted bottle green on one side and completely covered with a mirror on the other. The walls are covered with white rectangular tiles in a herringbone pattern, and the floor is tiled in a black and white pattern. The shower with a rain shower, the washbasin cabinet and the bowl are black. This room has also been very well-groomed. The house is accessed via steps. The entrance door is double-leaf. Additionally, a pleated mosquito net has been installed on it. A retractable awning in white and green stripes has been installed at the entrance. This mobi is a modern and original tiny house. We love implementing such projects!
