MOBI INVEST 2 is one of two mobile homes from the INVESTOR LINE series, aiming to provide high-quality homes at attractive prices.

This project was built on a 6-meter trailer from the MH trailers brand. This mobile home has full vehicle homologation registered as a camping trailer. No other company in Poland offers such a solution!

What does this mean? Registering the tiny house as a camping trailer allows for insurance coverage for both the house and the trailer, not just the trailer alone! Insurance works during travel and usage.

The MOBI INVEST 2 model has a modern and interesting silhouette. The roof angle provides more space in the loft. In addition to the loft, there is also a kitchen, bathroom, and a space where a small living room with a TV can be arranged.

The kitchen features white furniture, composite countertops, and appliances such as an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher - a 3-in-1 solution, a freestanding microwave, a kitchen hood, and a refrigerator. In the bathroom, there is a shower with a linear drain and curtain, a freestanding toilet, a sink, a hairdryer, and cabinets.

The cottage is usable year-round - heated with floor heating mats and electric radiators. It has been finished in a minimalist manner.

The exterior facade is made of Scandinavian spruce, while smooth plywood walls are used inside. An interesting solution is the entrance to the house - a code lock is installed on the door.
